The name changed this past year to reflect new ownership, but the building is still the same bundle of long, slender black blocks as it always was. They've recently added little glass punch-outs to the observation level they call ledges, which are pretty cool (though I wish they weren't limited to the west side of the building). The haze limited the view and the colors, but it's still an impressive outlook on a very flat landscape with many other very tall buildings.
