Oslo's City Hall (Rådhus) is a large two-towered, brick building built over many years before and after WWII. It's located just back from the waterfront. It was also a nice break from the heat.
The main portion of the building includes a large central hall and a series of surrounding galleries. There are several very large murals depicting aspects of Norwegian culture and history, particularly in the big hall, and it looked like there's room for them to be added to in the future.
